What have your learned from your audience feedback?

What I have learnt from our audience feedback?
In terms of receiving feedback, we used various methods such as recorded interviews, questionnaires, social media etc and these have helped me have resources to refer to when improving my work. Overall our audience has been very critical of our work and when we first showed people our design for our website a lot of people pointed out that we lacked a lot of features such as the news and gallery sections for those who would want more pages on our website so after we showed our drafted versions of our website and digipak to our target audience as you can see from my blog a lot of people wanted more features to connect with our artist adriana and from one of our questionnares a person suggested that we have a video of adriana 'singing' to engage more with her but since that wasn't possible for obvious reasons as it wasn't her song I decided to create a behind the scenes video to put on the website so that the audience can see more into adriana's character and personality and different sides of her outside out all the promotional activities and more personal posts from adriana herself on the social media pages twitter and instagram so that the audience got the overall sense of us trying our hardest to fulfill their feedback and listening to their recomendations to the best we can by connecting adriana more to them.

This has affected our work tremendously as before we were working with the mindset of creating an artist but through all the research and audience feedback we received we were able to cater our improvements per our audience's feedback and it helped us learn more about how to receive maximum results and positive feedback by listening to our audiences and as we know we aren't perfect (you can see from this video) we made sure to work hard to take all feedback into consideration and I believe that has helped our finished product the most.
